Sportive style waterproof safety shoes with PU injection sole.

Upper part with microfiber, nylon textile and 3M reflector materials. Microfiber is water repellent and good water absorption. Nylon textile abrasion resistance, soft, comfortable and ventilation. 3M reflector can make the wearer more visible in the dark and improve safety.
We use waterproof, breathable and scratch-resistant inner sock to make the shoes water resistance to the test EN ISO 20344:2011, 5.15.2 , attains CE certificate standard WR.
All the insoles are BK trilex+moulded PU insole, surface BK trilex is abrasion resistance, PU part is comfortable and shock absorption.
Double density PU injection sole is oil resistance, abrasion resistance, weak acid & weak alkali resistance, high anti-skidding attains CE SRC the highest slip resistance standard, and it can meet a variety of workplace protection needs.
We use a composite toe cap and a Kevlar midsole to make the safety shoes more light. Antistatic function makes shoes more widely used, especially suitable for wearing in gas stations and other anti-static work place.
During the production process, in addition to the waterproof test of the whole footwear, we also pay attention to arrange the test of the anti-static function.
According to the proportion of the number of the order quantity, random drawing enough samples, the shoes samples will be placed in an environment of temperature 20±2℃ and relative humidity 30±5% for 7 days. After the completion of regulation, put 4kg of clean steel balls into the test sample shoes, and then put the samples on the copper plate. Apply 100±2V DC test voltage between the copper plate and the steel balls for 1 minute, and then record the value of the electrical resistance. If the result is 100KΩ＜electrical resistance≤1000MΩ, the test is passed.
